After five years on a roadtrip across America as a travel nurse and a roaming regen-ag nerd, we’re ready to settle down, continue practicing what we preach, and share what we’ve learned with you.

Through my own health journey and counseling friends, I realized people are fed up with the failure of traditional advice. Eat less, move more simply doesn’t work - it’s been proven not to work by science time and time again.
We need information that is current and relevant. This is not your mother’s crash diet or an unrealistic exercise protocol. This is ancestral health, honed through thousands of years, and finally understood by modern humans to be the lifestyle that best supports us.
We can’t go back to primitive times (and most of us don’t want to!), but we can learn how to integrate timeless truths into our every day lifestyle - changing our weight, our energy, and our lives. It really is that easy.
